Avoid! Haven’t had a working refrigerator since June (now 4 months). Constantly back and forth with new excuses from the office. AC has had issues and is now non-functioning. Hasn’t been addressed. Emergency work orders do nothing. Took 6 months when I first moved in to even get kitchen cabinets. Pest control never comes.
Don't go! Breach of the implied warranty of habitability. No working AC from Feb - Current (December), water turning white clothes black, and continuous bug bites.
Parking Sucks! Management refuses to do anything about occupants who abuse the parking by bringing in multiple vehicles. Every time I leave for work I have to wonder if I will have a space when I get back home. Also, they refuse to fix anything. I have complained about a roof leak since I have been here. The ceiling is leaking, the knockdown is literally coming off of the ceiling. We told management about it in May, Even showed pictures of it, this is November and still nothing has been done.

Lived here for a while; loved it but the kicker is that no matter what a great tenant you are, in the long run, you'd better make sure you document every interaction. I paid on time, helped out in the community, and was a good neighbor. I left on time and with plenty of notice, and they added $300 in extra charges, didn't even let me know by sending a bill to my new residence (which they had the address and number) or my work address (where I had been for 34 years) and a year and a half later I am notified I have been sent t... read more

We are so happy that we chose Marsh Point. A quiet wooded environment, friendly office staff who always seem to "have a minute" and a responsive and competent maintenance staff. In our time here we have been without regrets in making Marsh Point our home.
Love this community and staff. You cannot beat the location and low country feel in such a tranquil setting.
