Excellent time. Everyone there is just great. Could not wish for anything better.
They represented a condo at 2211 East Camelback, Phoenix. One of their agents left a water feature running continually that created a major flood in several condos below their listing. Due to the agents incompetence, considerable damages are now being rectified that will represent hundreds of thousands of dollars in repairs. Due to the major inconvenience & stress created by this disaster, they do not deserve any stars.
Located in downtown Scottsdale, on fifth ave. Great location. Patrick was easy to talk to, got right to it. Had photos, comps, and on the MLS, up and running in 3 days. Did an open house immediately, everything I was looking for in an agent. Time is so important!!! Thx Patrick..
