Can't confidentially say I'm going to renew my lease anytime soon. I've had maintenance trouble tickets put in for my apartment for the past two weeks (coming up on three weeks in a handful of days) about my air conditioning unit NOT giving me cold air. It was blowing lukewarm air no matter what you set the temperature. Lots of promises saying they maintenance/leasing office would call me to see what they can do the next day, but received no phone calls. The community is nice and so is Ms Norma. She makes you feel like your truly happy at your new home. She the best and so is the community.
Norma is the BEST!!!! Any questions I had, she answered them before I even moved in. Every request I made was handled quickly and without hesitation. She truly made the whole move-in process easy and stress-free!
Norma is a great Manager. If I have an issue pr concern, she is always responsive and professional.
