I am always impressed when I am at Tidewater. The community is so well maintained. The maintenance crew and Norma in the front office are so friendly and truly care about the residents. I would definitely recommend Tidewater to family and friends.
Definitely worth 10 stars.. the community is amazing and the maintenance and customer service is excellent. From Day one, Norma and her crew welcomed me like family.
Nice quiet community of residents at the beach
I moved in a couple of months ago and I honestly love the service I get here. Rayonna and Norma made the move in process super easy! The apartments range from nice to amazing depending on your budget. I’m in a lower cost apartment but it doesn’t look like it at all! Spacious and a great deal. Also the staff have been amazing! I had a leaky toilet and requested service through their handy app and within minutes Jose was at my door fixing the leak. I highly recommend this community and thank you so much Jose!
My experience moving in to Tidewater has been amazing. It was a smooth transition. I also received help anytime it was needed. Although, I have seen a roach or two in the bathroom, everything else has been a smooth transition.
