The reviews referencing unprofessionalism on here, Google and, Yelp now make TOTAL sense! Marsh management could improve by completely flushing their office staff. It doesn't matter who you talk to there, you are going to be talked down to and treated with disrespect. I've rented from them for quite a while and never had any issues with writing about until the last exchanges that I've had over the phone and email with Kristin and Dennis. Just got my initial deposit back after moving. Sent a lengthy email to them to explain all of their charges, but long story short, I'm out over $400 from my deposit because of stuff that shouldn't have been charged. Well, no surprise, the owner Marsha, emailed me back with pretty much "check your move out sheet and/or contract" as her only answer. In 15 years of moving, I've literally had NO issues moving out of any home or apartment. never been charged once. My wife and I are clean people and always leave the houses clean... read more
Marsh has done a superlative job of finding quality repair people to perform their work. They also respond promptly to issues as well as continue to contact the owner when answers have not been received. This is all done politely and with a great deal of consideration. I highly recommend them.
