I have lived at Marshlanding 9 years. It is a beautifully well landscaped property. The pool has always been one of my most favorite places to relax with it's rock waterfall. The sunsets are amazing with the beautiful water views. There is an abundance of wildlife to enjoy watching. I have counted up to 22 turtle's sunbathing at our pond. Its amazaning to see the many different array of bird's, Eagle's, egrets, woodpeckers, blue birds, red birds and blue jays. And yes its true we have an alligator she had a baby this year. Living at Marsh Landing has been nothing short of amazing! From the very beginning, the property manager went above and beyond to make my move from out of state smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly accommodating, offered helpful local recommendations, and made me feel right at home before I even arrived. Any time something needs fixing, the maintenance team is quick and efficient—it gives me so much peace of mind knowing things are handled promptly. I love Marsh Landing Apartments and highly recommend living here. They are a convenient location to both Leesburg and Albany, just 7 minutes to Phoebe Putney. It is a beautiful area with palm trees and water views to come home to. This complex is quiet, clean, and has one of the best views in the area!
