Lived at Marsh Landing while stationed at MCLB. Jessica and the rest of the team were great! Very responsive and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend living here
Enjoyed my stay at Marsh Landing. Jessica, the leasing agent, is so helpful! The maintenance team was also very responsive. Never had any issues that couldn't be fixed immediately during my 19 month stay. Best in Albany, GA!
I've been at Marsh for almost two years. It's quiet and right on the river. I've enjoyed the views on my balcony especially. Never had an issue with maintenance or management. Excellent property.
Love this place! Jessica is the sweetest property manager. Always so helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is nice. I feel safe here and so love it here!!
Beware ALLIGATORs behind property in the lake. But great place to live in general. Beautiful quite neighborhood.
