Great maintenance men, great service overall. This is a quiet area, no one has ever been loud or etc upstairs. I’ve lived here for a year now, and I renewed my lease for another year. They truly keep the areas cleaned front and back! All maintenance requests gets answered the same day if not, the next day! 10/10
This property is far less than ideal, when Craig was managing it was sufferable but once he left it tanked. So many bugs INSIDE , I stayed on the second floor had to self treat my apartment several times due to spiders, roaches, and small flying insects. Walls are paper thin, you will hear the people above you and next to you . The power goes out each and every heavy storm.
