I have a friend that lives here, and the property has really taken a nose dive recently. It used to be beautiful, quiet, and friendly - but new residents have ruined that for everyone. There are cigarette butts all over the property. Trash littering the sidewalks, and some new residents that take to blasting music during the day, past curfew, and (sometimes) until 1am. Update 2026: This review still stands a year later and I am renewing my lease, they were very fair. I am absolutely thrilled to stumble across this place after my months of searching. After so many heart breaking bait and switches it's such a relief to finally find what I was looking for: safety, cleanliness, and fantastic staff. Happy to say my apartment search is officially over! :)
I moved into Marsh Highland Apartments recently, and the experience has been fantastic. The initial tour and welcome were excellent. A huge thank you to Daniela Galindez, the manager and Dallana Rangel, the leasing professional - they made the entire process from application to move-in seamless and professional. The management team even provided a lovely welcome gift, which was a thoughtful touch!
