Ive rented from Marsh Deveopment for about 5 years mow. Excellent management company. Beautiful properties. Well maintained. I hope to be there another 5 years.
Some of the properties are ok but dealing with them is very bad, the maintenance doesn’t care and when you move out they will steal your deposit. No matter what you do to make your place look good when you move they will 100%%% take your deposit
This is the best real Estate, management company I’ve seen yet. There are extremely professional and very courteous I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent either commercial or residential space.
Properties look very nice but staff is very unprofessional. Terry doesn't return calls or emails and no shows for appointments. Barbara in the office must be so miserable with her job that she can't be bothered to be kind or civil!
