I called you company to let them know that I’ve been getting mail for the person that used to live here before me. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the excessive wait times I've experienced trying to reach an agent. Today alone, I have called three times and have been placed on hold for over 40 minutes each time. As a working professional, I find these wait times unacceptable.
