Used be a good broker, not sure what happened. They don’t answer the phone or return calls. Customer service is brutal now.
I called you company to let them know that I’ve been getting mail for the person that used to live here before me. But they told me to return it back to sender, and the person on the phone just hung up on me which was rude. which I have quite a few times before but you’re company still send me mail the person mail to my address when the person is no longer living here anymore…. I’ve lived at the address for 10+ years and you guys still mail me the person letters every now and than. If you keep doing it, I will keep returning... read more
