I have sent multiple emails that go unanswered. I am left on hold for 30-45 minutes at a time. Changes were made to my policy without full consultation (this the need for repeated unanswered emails and phone calls). Save yourself the headache and choose another broker. I will be moving to another provider myself.
My experience was horrible, called to have my policy renewed and the agent wasnt nice , no apology for there agents that hung up on me to renew my policy. Customer service is a very important role in these businesses and most people fail to understand THIS!! I am a paying customer my God when you call the place you be on hold for 1 long hour . Absolutely terrible experience trying to get a hold of anyone at Marsh today. I spent the entire day calling, leaving messages, and waiting on hold just trying to reach a customer service representative to update my auto insurance policy. Not a single person picked up or returned my calls. Because of this complete lack of communication and zero support, I am now forced to postpone the delivery of my new vehicle. If you need a broker that is actually reliable and reachable when it matters, look elsewhere.
Do not use these for rental insurance.They took money out of my account every month.And then send me a letter saying they've canceled my policy.I've been waiting on the phone now for 40 minutes.And nobody answers the phone if you want.Good apartment insurance do not use these guys.They are the worst. Scammers.
Used be a good broker, not sure what happened. They don’t answer the phone or return calls. Customer service is brutal now.
