Came to pick up material. The lady at the desk told me they were missing half the material. She then proceeded to check in the back then told me I had to wait an hour for material to be pulled and checked to make sure they have it all. It’s now been a hour and a half and still no material or confirmation that all the material is here.
Please hire people for warehouse. Even if it takes 2 people to pull an order there’s no sense in me sitting here for 20 minutes. Yes I try to order ahead but it seems that’s not a option as I’ve asked A TON. Edit: I was here for 45 minutes today
Great team and customer service. We had a sash that needed to be replaced for our commercial building and they made ordering a breeze. We'll definitely use them again!
Don’t buy here since they change owners this is a mess. They have messed all my orders I try to speak with a manager that never happens they put me in hold for 5 times for over 15 minutes this company is not good no more.
