Best views in Seattle
Beautiful building with thoughtfully designed units. The HOA Board genuinely cares about quality of life at Marselle, and dues are competitive for SLU. Many improvements have been made over the past year, and management communication is excellent. Many units have amazing Space Needle views! Location is walkable to everything; it's in the middle of the tech hub. Really glad we bought here!
Besides location (SLU, even that might not be for everyone either since its right at the intersection of two busiest roads of the city so sirens and loud engines all the time) , everything is a nightmare! Cheaply constructed, Awfully designed layouts, such a waste of space within condos, many walls are at angles and you can't utilize those corners.
