Today, I called to change my booking, and one male receptionist was really rude and had no patience. Really bad service!
The staff are amazing, helpful and kind. They have made this hard time easier.
Attended an appointment for my 10 month old baby. Appointment was at 9.30am and we were not seen by the Dr until after 12pm. No apology or communication from staff informing me that Dr is running behind (or perhaps running this late is just the usual practice?). After waiting this long we were with the Dr for maybe 5 mins and then directed back to reception to pay our fee.
