I was extremely apprehensive in having a breast reduction. Dr. Marschall and staff was amazing. All my questions were answered with kindness and patience. The procedure went smoothly with no complications. Follow-up care was excellent. His expertise has changed my life.
Dr. Marschall was vague, and quick, almost as if he had better things to do than a consultation. His front desk person is the sweetest woman ever....HOWEVER his personal NURSE will leave a bad taste in your mouth. She is unpleasant, snide, and condescending. She is also apparently in charge of billing and blind-sided me with a $600 bill after I had a receipt of a $0 balance. She tried telling me that there was a mistake in the co-insurance. I found their billing tactics shady & unprofessional.
Listened to what I wanted/needed. Gave realistic expectations of results. Is extremely patient, kind, professional & knowledgeable. Staff is THE BEST! Work as a team to provide the best possible experience!
