They got great prices but I had to make several phone calls and wait for 2 months to transpire before I could get my order. Everyone I talked to acted super helpful and said they would call me right back, I finally got my order but am still sitting by the phone waiting for the call.
They pick up the phone and usually have the cutter you need stocked, both of which keep ya moving. 10/10 would recommend to a (machinist) friend.
Not a fan of your sales rep cold calling and saying we "ordered something" just to gain entrance to our facility.
Mars Supply has been a top notch supplier for us for many years. Their knowledgeable staff is always there for us when we encounter tooling challenges with the parts we make. Mars is who we call when we have machining challenges.
