I was a responsible tenant at Newport Landings Apartments, always paying rent on time and following my lease agreement. In return, I was met with filthy living conditions, ignored maintenance requests, and complete unprofessionalism from management. I have been living with a hole in my ceiling for 2 weeks. The snow melted and created a leaking then fell through. Newport Landing in Dallas has done nothing with 3 work orders summit, 30 calls, 10 voicemails AND I was charged rent 2 times. Nothing has been fixed and my electricity bill has doubled just so I don't sleep in the cold. This is the worst apartments I've lived in.
University Gardens Apartments in Waxahacie is the worst run property. I know someone who moved in and still waiting for a refrigerator to be repaired. My hot water heater went out I was told it be a week before it will be replaced. I wouldn't recommend this place
