Sine they took over The Colony Apartments in Irving, TX at 3321 Coker St, Irving, TX 75062. We have no amenities, 1 Pool the other one sealed with concrete, no laundry rooms, and no pets allowed to new residents. I pay extra money just for an extra study room & rent is raising every year. It takes about 2-3 years for maintenance tickets to be completed. The pool is never opened and has multiple code violations. I was a responsible tenant at Newport Landings Apartments, always paying rent on time and following my lease agreement. In return, I was met with filthy living conditions, ignored maintenance requests, and complete unprofessionalism from management. Serious Issues with the Apartment Roach Infestation & Other Pests – The unit was crawling with cockroaches, and despite multiple complaints, management never properly addressed it. I have been living with a hole in my ceiling for 2 weeks. The snow melted and created a leaking then fell through. Newport Landing in Dallas has done nothing with 3 work orders summit, 30 calls, 10 voicemails AND I was charged rent 2 times. Nothing has been fixed and my electricity bill has doubled just so I don't sleep in the cold. This is the worst apartments I've lived in.
