Horrible. Their apartments 6500 South refuses to do maintenance. No emergency maintenance on Sundays because they "do not work on Sundays." The phone number for Mars Residential does not work. They do not reply to emails or respond when I fill out their forms. I have never gotten any kind of complaint from the apartment. My rent is on time. But 6500 South has walls bulging from being waterlogged. Rotting boards on walkways and balconies. (I cannot even walk on my balcony because of this.) Overflowing dumpsters. The absolute WORST property management company. They took over Avalon 8801 and refuse to do any repairs. I've had a roof tile water leak, broken toilet, literal COCKROACHES infestation, broken water heater and so many more over the past 2 months and the "manager" (clerk) doesn't do anything. I've been asking every week and she says she will get it fixed immediately or by the week every SINGLE TIME. And yet there are never any results or updates. Sine they took over The Colony Apartments in Irving, TX at 3321 Coker St, Irving, TX 75062. We have no amenities, 1 Pool the other one sealed with concrete, no laundry rooms, and no pets allowed to new residents. I pay extra money just for an extra study room & rent is raising every year. It takes about 2-3 years for maintenance tickets to be completed. The pool is never opened and has multiple code violations.
