Lacks in customer service and working with people.
I have had the Mars of Billings crew do many things for me from detailing a car, to car accessories to having widow film added to our new house. They have absolutely nailed each project so far with the best customer service as well, I highly recommend giving Mars of Billings a try!
Took our vehicle in at the end of May for warranty repair (bought through a local dealership) was quoted 1 week that we should hear back for scheduling. 1 month goes by no contact until I call and was told I was initially quoted wrong and that it should take 4-6 weeks, understood. Wait another month still no contact without me calling. This time they say there was a mix up in paperwork but they've gotten it straightened out and should call soon to set up an appointment.
