I work as a nurse at the adjacent hospital to the Impark parking garage on 101 College Street. Paid for overnight parking on Thursday April 16th. Due to the acuity of the floor and caring for a critically ill patient I was unable to exit the garage at the specified time of 8am, I left at approximately 9am. And met a $100 parking fine on my car, when I contacted customer service to explain the situation, I was still on the hook for $67.
The entrance can be hard to find (Elizabeth st) but the evening flat rate of $8 is hard to beat
Misleading “24-Hour” Access and Poorly Managed. This parking facility falsely advertises 24-hour access. After 6 PM, all pedestrian doors are locked, and there’s no way to re-enter once you leave. A sign outside directs people to the North Entrance at College Street, but that entrance was also locked, and the intercom does not work. We had to wait until someone with a badge happened to enter and notified the security guard inside. Tons of parking. Pay by the hour or a flat cheap rate in the weekend and it connects to one of the biggest hospitals also big food court.
