Misleading “24-Hour” Access and Poorly Managed. This parking facility falsely advertises 24-hour access. After 6 PM, all pedestrian doors are locked, and there’s no way to re-enter once you leave. A sign outside directs people to the North Entrance at College Street, but that entrance was also locked, and the intercom does not work. We had to wait until someone with a badge happened to enter and notified the security guard inside. Tons of parking. Pay by the hour or a flat cheap rate in the weekend and it connects to one of the biggest hospitals also big food court.
Parked here to go to the hospital nice location of parking is right inside close to the hospital good for winter.
$100 parking ticket despite paying through the app.
