Ha ha all the bad reviews have been taken down ! We went there with my then three year old .it was an absolute waste of time, no extra resources ,not much info given nor advice .Front desk were friendly but the "professional" was as cold as ice .I might as well have been speaking to a brick wall .A miserable waste of $250 for 15 minutes of nothing
My son attended Mars clinic years ago and we had a positive experience, but have just attempted to book in for a review, and was faced with new charging policies — charging me a full $155 up front for an appointment in 4.5 weeks time, and requiring a telehealth initial consult despite him being an existing patient. And of course as a telehealth, unlikely to be claimable. Seems like they have become money grabbing. Such a shame as it is not how they used to be.
I have to take my youngest here, we were referred and they were highly recommended. The staff are lovely and so helpful. They definitely know their stuff. Highly recommend!
