My family and I had been going to this dentist for a number of years. In June 2024 I booked for regular hygiene treatment. Though I did not know it at the time, at this appointment I had presented with an advanced infection in my tooth and jaw. The gum surrounding the effected tooth had recessed by about 3mm and the abscess underlying the tooth had been discharging into my mouth. I had the dentist and staff make room for me quickly, as i had a Severely ;;infected decayed tooth, which was being treated with antibiotics, i as usual had steeled myself for the usual severe pain from the needles being pushed through gums from both sides, often the needle pushes into the jaw bone . But i was pleadantly suprised, it was as close to pain free injections as i have ever had. one of the best dentist in Adelaide, receptionist has great customer service.
I have had only the best service whenever I have been to this dentist. He never overcharged or offered unnecessary services which I have had at other practices. The staff are always lovely and make me feel relaxed which is quite an accomplishment considering it is a dentist. I would recommend this practice.
The dentist I saw was completely incompetent and unprofessional. Staff are rude and condescending. The only positive is that you can get an appointment quickly. Four or five major mistakes in one visit, including misdiagnosis. Absolutely awful experience.
