Had my wedding ring resized and paid over $150, and while it fits fine now, the quality of the work was really disappointing. The area where the ring was cut and resized is clearly visible, and the band now has an indent where the width isn’t even. They also tried to recreate the simple brushed metal finish, but it was poorly done. I was told to just wear it and it would eventually look like it did before, which wasn’t reassuring at all.

Went in to inquire about a necklace that I needed repaired. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. They were honest about the work that would need to be done to it. Unfortunately I opted to not get the repair done. I found another necklace that I liked and my husband went in and purchased it the next week. I have been in many jewelry stores and this one is by far the best. They are friendly and honest which is hard to find these days. I will be a returning customer!
