Terrible incompetent company. Never trust this company. They wired the blower motor in wrong spot potentially on purpose to try and sell us a new heater. Hassled us to buy a new one. Potentially lied about a control panel that was not available to magically find one a few days later. Then hassled us for a review for days. Well here it is. Never use MArrs. They also charge more than any other HVAC company.
This is what I sent to the company when they asked for feedback after the job was done. 1. The guy who did the initial evaluation. Friendly, thorough, went out of his way to explain what he was doing. 2. The guy who did the estimate. What a personality. Fun, knowledgeable, and felt like he was working for us not the company 3. The guy who did the install. Most impressive of all. Took a long time to do the job and remembered to call (at 7 pm) to say he was done as I had asked him to do.
