Terrible incompetent company. Never trust this company. They wired the blower motor in wrong spot potentially on purpose to try and sell us a new heater. Hassled us to buy a new one. Potentially lied about a control panel that was not available to magically find one a few days later. Then hassled us for a review for days. Well here it is. Never use MArrs. They also charge more than any other HVAC company.
This is what I sent to the company when they asked for feedback after the job was done. 1. The guy who did the initial evaluation. Friendly, thorough, went out of his way to explain what he was doing. 2. The guy who did the estimate. What a personality. Fun, knowledgeable, and felt like he was working for us not the company 3. Serviceman did a good job by cleaning and checking stove and chimney because we had soot smell and didn’t have to wait long for service call compared to the one we used before so now we will use Marr;s for our yrly Maint.
Nice people, did a great job taking out fireplace and putting the new one in. No mess, draped our floors and left everything cleaned up.Great company!Also very kind in answering all our questions.And, our new fireplace is wonderful
Our experience with Marr's has been excellent. Our gas furnace was getting old and was blowing a lot of dust, making us all miserable. Kyle helped us come up with a plan for a new 2-stage Carrier furnace and an iWave-R air purifier to mitigate the dust problems. The installers were fast and professional and left the area neat, with the entire install taking about half a day. Friendly people, truly helpful when you need them for little emergencies. They respond to you almost immediately by text. Knowledgable and professional. I'll call them next time I need furnace or fireplace service.
