I had a fantastic experience at Marrow working with Jaclyn. She was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and made the entire process of finding an engagement ring smooth and enjoyable. The entire process was fun and I found exactly what I was looking for. I cannot recommend Jaclyn enough to anyone looking to find the perfect ring.
Truly disappointed in the experience I had on 11/23 at Marrow. I have followed this place online for years, and have several friends who have gotten their wedding rings at Marrow. At around 1pm, I walked in looking for a wedding band for myself and my fiancé. The employee who helped us was incredibly judgmental, and frankly, rude. She was critical of my wedding band choices, and even criticized me for having my wedding in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico asking questions if PV was my “first choice”in a venue. L is amazing. She was so kind and patient with my wife and me (especially with me. I can be exhausting). She helped us find three extraordinary, unique and one of a kind rings that are special to us and different from the rest. These three rings will make beautiful heirlooms for generations to come. Jaclyn was awesome in helping us choose the right bands. We knew we wanted the Til Death bands but she also helped me find another ring to stack and make it more comfortable with my engagement ring. We are already planning our next visit ;)
Fantastic little jewelry shop with lots of great stylish and one of a kind pieces. My wife and I travel from Canada to stay in Lido and visit every time. Very friendly and informative service from everyone there, but particular shout out to Priscilla who worked tirelessly to try and find the right ring for us before we arrived.
