The best - I’ve worked my entire career in retail and Marrow Fine just gets it. I bought my engagement ring from them over three years ago and still get complements every where I go. Excellent design, customer service, and they cleaned it for me today/got it looking like new. Def recommend.
I’ve been wanting to visit a marrow store since my husband first ordered my engagement ring from there and this week I finally got to visit the Newport Beach location! The store itself was just as stunning as their jewelry. Jennifer Nguyen was super helpful as I tried on different stacks with my engagement ring. I ended up leaving with 3 new pieces that I’m excited to cherish for a lifetime.
I had a great experience making my fiancé’s custom engagement ring with Jenny, and cannot recommend her and Marrow enough. She was so genuine and communicative throughout the entire process, from the start of our appointment thru delivery.
