We had a wonderful time and experience during our stay at Marriott Royal Palms. The entire Marriott grounds were beautiful and the amenities were some of the best we have seen. The Falls pool and water park were amazing. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and made you feel right at home. We had the pleasure of seeing Ms. Grace multiple times during our stay and she was absolutely amazing, we all really enjoyed those interactions.
We had an awesome time. Everything was perfect. Matthew checked us in and he was so kind and thoughtful. He even blessed me with a nice little gift bag filled with snacks. Nichole was kind to. She texted me to see if we were still coming to check in because it was getting late. When we arrived Nichole was in the back but she came out to speak. She was super nice and sweet to.
