Staff is extremely unhelpful. there first reply is always no. it takes a few calls to Corp to get them to do anything! when you ask them for anything there initial response is due to Covid 19.... why open at all if you will not provide customer service in a safe way? I even explained that COVID has nothing to do with customer service. no one is asking you to remove your PPE and no one is asking you to be around anyone without a mask so again why not provide customer service???
