Love this place - not only conveniently located near the parks and other Orlando activities but the facilities are great. They also have a daily schedule of events that kept the kids and adults happy. The pool was spacious and kept the kids entertained all day long.
The resort part isn't worth the cost but the villas are fully furnished 2bedroom apartments with full kitchens. If you have a large family its perfect! I accidentally left my tablet and filled out the report they emailed me and they didnt even try to notify me when if was discovered! The staff honestly didnt even try to help me! So frustrating! The staff really makes this place. Special thanks to Bryanna that checked us in. She listened and gave us the perfect room after Consulting with a supervisor. Also concierge Petra helped us too. Loved picking up the phone and calling the water taxi. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.
