We had a rocky start to the trip with the younger female manager but once Ian arrived at the property, we were fully taken care of. Ian truly understands customer service for high status members and his kindness and positive attitude changed me and my wife’s trip 180 degrees. Thank you Ian!! The Luau at the property was excellent. We paid for VIP and with the Titanium elite benefit it was $335 for 2 people.
