I received a Statement of Owner Account this week for Operating Fees, Owner Club Dues & Property Tax Fee with a due date of 12/1/2025, in this climate this company decided to bill me for this date verses the original date of 2/2025 for 2025 Maintenance Fees from Closing and 2025 Club Dues from Closing.
