The rooms are microscopic. Staff are excellent and very friendly/helpful. Ok place to stay for a few nights.
Extremely disappointing experience. 0 out of 10. This was by far the worst experience I have had during any of my trips to New York. The level of service was completely unacceptable. Several staff members we interacted with were rude, dismissive, and made us feel unwelcome rather than valued as guests. The condition of the room was also extremely disappointing.
