We are from Florida we stayed at this hotel and I want to give a special thank you to Richelle from the first night she was really friendly and helpful with my Fiancée Denise they actually formed a great relationship she was really helpful with so much my time in New York was wonderful it lived up to me everything it’s hyped to be nut one particular person stands out that was kind thoughtful and helpful I’ll never forget That young lady she really made New York that much special great Hotel great staff
We just stayed for 3 nights for a long weekend and were very happy with the whole experience! We arrived with no plans other than taking as many of the free walking tours as we could provided by MVC and were so happy they had one each day of our stay! Highly recommend the 2 hour tours which are at 09:15 or 10:45. we had hoped they offered some in the afternoon as well so we could have done more! I can't say it enough good things about this place. The highest remarks have to go to the staff. I've never been to a hotel where the staff is so friendly and tentative to my needs. The views are amazing, and its a 8 minute walk to the subway. Great food options within 15 min walk.
