First time I stayed at a time share rental and it was amazing!! All amenities right at your fingertips. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.. than you for an amazing trip

Used to be our favorite hotel!!! Customer Service has gone down. Not happy this trip.
Truly enjoyed my vacation to the fullest! I have read some mixed reviews and I have to say I believe those people were just having a bad day themselves; We were able to check in early, got the view we were promised and not only that but the pool, hot tube and steam room were more than what we had expected and the pool deck was kept very clean and family friendly. Overall we will be back again; looking to stay at more Marriott vacations clubs because of all the amenities they have to offer.

Very convenient and centrally located. The staff are ever so friendly and helpful. Great facilities. I love the viewing/lounging area on the 19th floor. The sunrise is to die for.
