Fast, efficient, friendly. Jack always takes the time to try and figure out what is causing the issue, correct it and clean up after. He is a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend Marriott's services!
Extremely prompt and professional. I sent Marriott Termite and Pest Control an email first thing Monday morning and John responded within 20 minutes. Jack arrived at my home shortly after and treated a yellow jacket hive. I emailed them again about another concern I had and again, John called me quick and Jack arrived a few hours later. They go above and beyond and definitely deserve your business.
John is an excellent and friendly technician. He thoroughly explained his process and what to keep an eye out for afterwards. We're happy to know we can rely on him if we ever have a pest problem!
WOW! John did a great - no wait, FANTASTIC - job getting rid of a HUGE hornets nest under our eave, at least 30 ft up in the eave. He answered my call quickly and was out there the next day, then removed the freaking thing. GREAT/FANTASTIC SERVICE! I would HIGHLY recommend this local, family-owned business over any other, including those big corporate-owned exterminators. I'd give him at least 10 stars. Marriott was recommended by local realtor Paul Anastasio - a great realtor. Thank you John!
