We had a fantastic experience with John from Marriot Termite and Pest Control. We had a hornet infestation in our attic, and John went above and beyond to take care of it. On a very hot day, he crawled into an extremely small attic space to locate and eliminate the entire hive. What really impressed us was his knowledge and experience. He recognized that the "water spots" we were seeing on our ceiling were actually caused by hornet hive activity and used that information to pinpoint the nest's location. John is great, extremely nice, and they do a great job. He came in early spring because our dog got into a tick nest, then came back a month or so later to treat some new areas where some plants grew in, free of charge! Highly recommend 👍.
John and his team are extremely professional, responsive, and are able to take care of complex issues and extractions. The team took time to educate us and understand the issues we were facing, coordinated with the property owners for approval to cut into surfaces, and provided fantastic guidance to both solve the immediate problem and provide long term preventive measures.

Fast, efficient, friendly. Jack always takes the time to try and figure out what is causing the issue, correct it and clean up after. He is a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend Marriott's services!
