Great experience
When I walked into the hotel I was immediately impressed and excited for my stay. However, when I got to my room and saw a wad of hair with a bobbie pin attached, I should have been warned about the state of my room. There was hair all over the bathroom. I don’t mean a hair here and there; I mean there was hair all over the floor and even wads of hair in the corner. The room did not seem very clean. Pictures included. Some moldy spots around the entryway mirror. Bathroom vent caked with dust and grime. The HVAC was buzzing horribly the whole time. When I opened it up to see if I could stop it, the filter was disgusting and clearly had not been changed in a long time. Found what looked like a food crumb in the bed. This was a nice hotel we really enjoyed it we were only there for one night to see my grandson's game and was pleasantly surprised at the area and the hotel was very nice. It was very clean and set up well and the bed was very comfortable. The people working behind the counter were really nice as well. The only bad experience that I had was there was a bartender at night an older blonde lady that was so rude it was ridiculous she completely ignored me and literally acted like I was invisible.
