Very loud a/c can't sleep through the night
This may be the worst Marriot I've stayed in. We paid for a room with a patio months ago, only to arrive and have them tell us the room was given to someone else. They offered to give us the "Presidential Suite" that allegedly also had a balcony, since we were only staying one night. The room was a plain king room with no balcony. Again, we specifically booked this hotel for the patio or balcony only to be robbed of if it twice. A solid choice for anyone visiting the city. The rooms are modern and well-designed, with comfy beds and nice amenities. I liked the small touches—complimentary bottled water, a good coffee maker, and even slippers. The lobby was beautiful and inviting. Parking was easy, and the location made it easy to walk to restaurants and attractions. I highly recommend this place.
Everyone was very helpful, especially Nate, who greeted us and ended up knowing the whole family! The breakfast buffet was delicious and Theresa was wonderful!.
