Possibly the worst Marriott I’ve stayed at. The property is outdated, manager is unprofessional.Marriott Bonvoy status is completely ignored, and late check-out was denied for all tiers without prior. This disrupted my entire day’s plans. Would not recommend.
This Marriott is the worst I’ve ever stayed at in the US. I stayed here for years since it is close to my work. However, never without an issue. They don’t clean the room consistently. They skip cleaning without a notice. When you contact them to help they will say yes but never show up. The maintenance is poor. Poor water pressure, poor cleaning. Room issues like non working refrigerator and heater not working taken care of promptly by staff.
I just made a reservation 15 mins ago for tomorrow instead of today. Called Go Splitty and the Marriott and they said they’d call me back (no call back). I didn’t check the hotels reviews before I booked. One star. But, they were more than thrilled to sign me up for their rewards program, Bonvoy. How does help me now?
