Stephanie Hurrelbrink of Marriot Property (her office is at Real Estate Group on Wabash) is the worst “property manager” I have ever encountered. She managed a duplex we rented owned by a man named Anise (sp?) of OPD Springfield LLC which I cannot find on google. We paid $875 for a 3 bed 1 bath. It was impossible to get them to perform essential maintenance on the property. When we moved out there was a broken window in the basement that was broken from the outside over 6 months prior.
