Marriott Vacation Club is ripping me off! I made, and timely cancelled, a reservation for a promotional vacation. Nevertheless, in contradiction with the terms and conditions of the reservation, they charged me and keep charging me for the cancelled promotion. I've tried to follow up with Marriott directly regarding this matter, but they bounce me from one office to another and will not let me speak to the specific contact I had in making the reservation and cancelling it.
