So disappointed!!!! The fact that I been on hold for 30 min to just book a room is messed up!!
No housekeeping after 2 full days and promises from the front desk that it would be done. Ceiling paint is coming off in the bathroom. Beds are not queen sized. Air conditioner sounds like a bomb going off everytime it turns off. This hotel is dated, mismanaged, and uncared for.
I have been trying for weeks to get in touch with someone about a parking garage incident and have had no resolution. Even the manager ghosted me. I’m out $180 for no reason. Very disappointing.
Surrounding area is run down, but the hotel itself is nice.
Stayed here for 5 days during a competition at the St. Louis convention center. Older hotel and easy to walk in the area. We had a room with two beds but beware, they are small full size beds!!
