This is water out of the faucet. No thank you.
My stay at this Marriott property was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. The room lacked several basic amenities that are essential for any hotel stay. There was no hot water, making it impossible to shower properly. The TV did not work at all, and the heater was also not functioning, leaving the room cold and unpleasant, especially at night. I am so disappointed with the service given at this location. My husband and I came to enjoy an event and paid to valet our vehicle. Due to the amount of people we chose to the leave the event early so we could retrieve our vehicle before the rush. We paid and gave them our valet ticket at 10:14pm it is now 12:42pm and still we don’t have our vehicle. Staff was busy blaming it on the parking garage and the parking garage people on the staff. My Patents stayed here New Years Eve and had items stolen from their room. My mom was ask if she wanted her items delivered to her room and instead of delivering they enter her room and left the luggage and things came up missing. When reported they stared they show the person in the room for 3-4 min but don’t feel like anything was stolen. They then told me they think my mom lost the items and took no accountability. I was also told by others this happens often here. Please be aware!
