During booked week of Nike Mideast Qualifier volleyball tournament (March 7-9) the hotel had ZERO customer service. It was impossible to get a drink at the bar. The wait was at least 35 minutes. Waited for food for an hour or so. Gave it a chance three times and all three times you couldn't find a waiter, or the waiter even complained about the bar being backed up. The manager needs to open eyes up. I'm certain lots of business lost because guests do not want to wait and be mistreated.
We recently stayed at this Marriott and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms were exceptionally clean and quiet, providing a comfortable stay. However, for a Marriott property, especially as Elite members, we expected more perks and a better overall experience. The biggest downside was the lack of included benefits and the high additional costs. As of March 18th, self-parking in their offsite garage is $40 per day, while valet parking is $58 per day.
