Always a wonderful experience and the staff are very courteous and helpful.
I love the hotel and the location. Rooms are nice and even though older are cozy. Location is by far the heart of downtown in walking distance to everywhere. Staff is approachable and friendly. They have always been helpful. I would hve given 5 stars but I’m not a fan of them holding the deposit for an extended period. Up to 30 days when other area hotels release it same day. They blame the credit card company but this is a hotel specific problem on their end. So prepare for $75 to be held up for a long time.
I stayed here as part of the Gospel Music Hall of Fame induction ceremony. It's location is great - right across the street from the Convention Center and just a few blocks from Busch Stadium and The Dome at America's Center. It was a little hectic that weekend because there were people everywhere in the hotel for the GMHOF events, the Cardinals games, and Breezy Bowl.
