My husband and I lived here until about last year and ultimately moved out for three main reasons: The rent felt a bit high for the amount of space, and residents were required to use Spectrum as the internet provider, which caused us frequent connectivity issues. And the parking for residents seemed a bit limited considering how many units there are. Rachel is the absolute best! She helped me through my 17 month journey with Aventura! I applied and got in to the building I wanted at a great price! She helped me with so much throughout the process and made it truly so so easy. My only qualms are the windows were a bit finicky and the springs would break easily. This does go to say how fast maintenance truly is because everyday there were there instantly to fix and and all of my issues! The other thing was I found some of the residents to be quite rude. I had an excellent experience touring the property with MacKinzie. She was knowledgeable, affable, and patient. The apartments are quite nice, along with the amenities. All areas under the complex’s responsibility were well maintained and clean. My wife and I toured many apartments lately, this complex was easily the best.
