The hotel is incredibly clean and peaceful. Love it!
Called to cancel a reservation I made 2 weeks in advance. Needed to cancel a second night rez and keep the first. I called 48 hrs ahead to cancel, well within their required time for cancelations. Marriott rep I talked to asked my name 3 times, was impolite and canceled my ENTIRE reservation (noticed via email)- despite me confirming with her that only the second night was canceled, AND they upped the cost of first night by $40! I'm rather confused what happened here. The front desk staff seemed pretty uncompassionate. While we were at the hotel, a friend across town needed to run fast to an airport and had to clear out a hotel room that had a bunch of materials stacked for a job. And the bed of the truck we had to put a bunch of this stuff. It was not well secured because there was not a cover. This happened early in the morning.
