I had an exceptional experience with this hotel. Not only was the service wonderful during my stay, but what truly impressed me happened after I left. I accidentally forgot a very important item — my house and car keys — and I was extremely worried. The hotel staff handled the situation with incredible kindness, efficiency, and professionalism. While staying here last week for a work trip the entire hotel was without hot water for 2.5 days. No adjusted price to our hotel room or any kind of apology even. When I brought it up with management they said they would give me more Marriott points but that did not happen. Nearly $1200 dollars for a week and didn’t have hot water to shower for half of the time. Completely unacceptable, and will stay elsewhere as our company frequently travels to this location in groups.

The Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel & Convention Center is in a fantastic location with clean and comfortable rooms. We attended our yearly conference here, and overall, it was a great experience. The only downside was that the restaurant seemed overwhelmed by the number of guests, resulting in slow service. Despite that, the ambiance and the comfort made it a lovely stay.
