This Mariott was exceptional in every way!! The service was so amazing- my roommate and I were scammed out of our motel and were stranded in a city we had never been in. We stopped in the Marriott and the front desk lady, Kendall, asked us if we were okay and I explained our situation. She and Mario were incredibly understanding and accommodating and turned our negative moment into an extremely positive experience!
