I was very impressed with the level of service in the Hotel. A special mention for Sharon on front desk who made our four night stay a joy. She is a great person and ambassador for the Hotel. She was not alone as all the staff I interacted with were excellent. We had a very quiet, clean and functional room. Id be very happy to recommend this hotel. Echoing other reviews re: the $25 destination fee. I’ve been staying at this AC hotel for a decade and just noticed the fee, which feels very deceptive. And if you read all the previous reviews citing the fee, the hotel doesn’t actually acknowledge the complaints, it’s all boilerplate responses. Regardless of the fee the hotel shows more and more wear and tear in the rooms, tv technology, electrical setup, elevators, and outdated gym equipment (dirty gym too).
