Clean, neat, clutter-free. Perfect rooms but no amenities to write home about. Small bar and only offered a paid breakfast buffet - nothing a la cart available. Quick access to Boston.
Everything about our stay was amazing. The staff is always helpful and friendly. They go out if their way to make your experience so enjoyable. We will definitely be back.
2 of us went to the room and 2 went to get food. We settled in - putting up coats & getting out toiletries. After eating, went to put leftovers in fridge and it was full. They offered to move us but we had a large corner room with a nice view and were tired. They sent someone up to get the trash out of the fridge and offered us a candy bar for our troubles. American airlines put us up at this AC hotel North for the night when they couldn’t get us on our scheduled flight. They were very accommodating, gracious and hospitable to us after having traveled for 18 hours from abroad. Highly recommend this hotel. Fairly new, clean with excellent service!
- An OK hotel. The room is quite nice, with a few minor issues that other reviews already talk about. Overall decent, but missing the marks on different aspects. - Not meeting the standard service expectations of AC Hotels in the US. The front desk staffers, especially the one at night, seem to lack the level of professionalism and politeness one would expect from a hotel of this tier. - There is a destination fee of $25 imposed that can't be waive even for upper tier elite members.
