I am currently staying here and I am a Marriott rewards member have stayed at many Marriott hotels. I have preferences set, did not receive any of them this stay. Not even the extra pillow I asked for. I have spent over $600.00, could not get a room near the elevator, no pool view, put me near all the loud music. Now I asked for the Marriott rewards late check out and they said NO. What is the point of being a rewards member, having their credit card ect when they do nothing extra for you. So relaxing. The holding doesn’t keep you from enjoying the fire, hot tub, and Florida beauty
kicking a underage kid out for tossing a couple one dollar bills off the balcony. and when you ask why it's a broken record. Even went as far as to call the swat team. I bet the ocso were drooling all over themselves.
I have stayed in many hotels and resorts all over the world. this is by far, the worst customer service I've ever had. I have two more nights to endure. if it wouldn't break my daughter's heart, I would leave. I brought her here for playlist live. I will never be back and I will share my experience with everyone who will listen! train your staff!!
