the maintenance staff were excellent. they do their job very well. they coming and repairing immediately and they are very respectful. But here is the thing.. We rented an apartment at June 1st 2017. When my husband and I reached out to lease office that we could not sleep because of excessive creaking noise coming from the top floor of the apartment all night, a lady in the office said it was normal and it will not be fixed.
