Worst rental experience in my life. 7 mos and the stove never worked once despite multiple work orders. Under sinks are rotted through and can’t even be used for storage. Electrical outlets and bathrooms didn’t work upon move in and took 3 months to fix. Windows were SCREWED SHUT. Kitchen sink leaked enough to fill a bucket every time dishes needed to be washed. If the cabinet was open and disposal was working the water sprayed over the entire kitchen. Roach infested.

Roach breeding farm rent high for no reason
Do not sign a lease at this appartment complex. we were plagued with problems. Roaches, saying we were late on rent when we weren't and having that on our rental history making it very difficult to move, trash everywhere out side, neighbors water heater blew and leaked into our closet and into our bed room amd they are charging us to replace the carpet. F this place and please never sign a lease with them. worst mistake I've made in a long time.
