Called up for a quick consultation. Am 24 weeks pregnant and require some urgent assistance, not urgent enough to go to hospital. After being told there were many appointments available, when the receptionist heard I was a new patient, I was told the doctor wasn’t taking on new patients and so couldn’t see me. The doctor was allegedly told my situation, and still chose to reject seeing me. Clearly this doctor does not care at all for people. Do not recommend.
I tried this practice for the first time in 2020 after looking at the positive google reviews. Unfortunately, despite having a booking, I was in the waiting room for 1.5hours, and whilst waiting, I couldn't help but feel a little nervous when the receptionist shared her views to other waiting patients: "Coronavirus doesn't exist" "It's not real". The staff was so nice and helpful to me and the Doctor was really good! Sending me to specialists instead of just handing out prescriptions like some do. He understood my problems without judgement and was very professional. Thank you for treating me like. person and not just a number.
