I was referred for my son, he has a multitude of mental health struggles, he had an anxiety episode because it was new and the therapist called in the receptionist and said he was being disruptive to everyone in the building, he tried to grab a toy and she forcefully held it down on his hand in the basket it was in, then we left and I got a call from an officer that they called the police on my son because he was hitting me. He's only 6. Very unprofessional and they clearly don't know what they are doing.
Extremely unprofessional
We were referred to this place for my daughter. We have called multiple times. No one ever answers the phone, you have to leave a message and pray to God that they will call you back. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Wish I could give them 0 stars.
