Paid upfront on July 25 didn't get my truck back until late October.

Jason took half my deductable when he wasnt supposed to. Insurance totalled my car and not only would he refused to turn the car over to insurance but he STILL refuses to give me back my money. I will see him in small claims court and the insurance company is contacting Better Business Bureau. DONT GO HERE. Sad Jason is just going to have to pay hundreds of court cost just because he cant pay a customer back 250. UPDATE.
