Alexa was great- I recently move to Dallas and was having a hard time. Alexa was professionally and very warm/kind. I enjoyed working with her, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for help.
If you are looking for a therapist who will supply you with pat self-help techniques, Dr. Marrach may not be for you. What Dr. Marrach is excellent at is listening to you and detecting underlying currents in your thinking and behaviors. It may take a couple of sessions to get to a breakthrough moment, but it is so worth it if you are willing to open up and put in the time.
