My husband is a patient of the Dr. for over 20 yrs,last visit was 2019… covid came & since he is over 65, if it wasn’t completely necessary to go to a Dr.’s office, we felt safer not to. Previous to covid my husband went every year for a wellness exam. Recently, my husband got Covid (thankfully we have had all vaccines/boosters)called Dr. Marraccini’ s office to see if he could schedule a tele-medical appt asap, but was told by receptionist that since he has not been to the Dr. in over 2 years, she would ask & call back. I have never written a review before, but you should know that this is the most frustrating medical office to deal with. They are totally incompetent and Dr. John Marraccini may be a Pathologist, but he should not be taking care of patients in 2022. Beware of this practice. Forewarned is forearmed.
Have been going to Dr. John for 30 years. He is very detailed, very though and has an excellent bedside manner. Super knowledgeable and always ready to answer all your questions. Strongly recommend him!!
I have been going to Dr John for 9 years. He is efficient and quick, and always takes time to answer questions. He has never been wrong about a diagnosis with me. He has a dry sense of humor and it seems some mistake his efficiency for brusqueness, which is a shame.
This review is way over due. My husband has been seeing Dr. John for 20+ years. I also see him. He's an excellent doctor who takes time seeing you. Dr. John really cares about his patients. The staff is also great!!
I will acknowledge doctor was thorough in his examination; that said, no bedside manner, which is crucial to me as a patient. He does not return courtesy calls re quick questions. I asked multiple times. Instead, notably mediocre staff wanted to book an appointment to discuss what could have been easily discussed by phone in 2 min max--this to obvisouly bill a second visit!! Had a really good experience with this doctor. Has holistic approaches and is very thorough and intuitive. Staff are friendly, and office environment relaxed.
For a # of yrs he was an average dr, nothing special. Didn't seem real engaged in patient's concerns. Last experience with this dr was 12/2014: he changed a prescription, did not discuss side effects. I incurred the rare, serious side effects & went to his office. He didn't seem real concerned; a few weeks later I had a seizure in another dr's office, my heart stopped 8-9 minutes, ended up in a coma. ICU drs tried to contact Dr Marraccini, he didn't return their phone calls or my husband's
