great in looking for an apartment If you need help in looking for an apartment, Marr Realty is a great place to go. They were very nice and gave my husband and I a map of the place and list of apartments to look at. They were not the agency that pressures you into getting the place.
Worst Realty Company Ever I would not recommend Marr Realty to my worst enemy. First they had us living in a house with unsafe living conditions. There was no heat at some points and the handiman they used would take weeks to complete repairs. There was a propane leak that costed us THOUSANDS of dollars, which was never properly resolved. Finally we moved into another home and they kept our entire security deposit when the damage was very minimal. We could have bought a home for less than all of the losses that occured as a ... read more
marr = BAD They are persistent to get you into a house, but they do not manage their business well. they con you out of your security deposit.
