My experience with Marquis Assisted Living has been nothing short of awful. The way some of the employees treat family members is absolutely unacceptable. Instead of offering respect and support, they act judgmental, rude, and completely dismissive. On top of that, I’ve had staff make false accusations and assumptions about family members, which is beyond unprofessional and honestly shocking. I will avoid Marquis Wilsonville. Difficult at times to get discharged before self pay kicks in because doctor is off site and not reachable on weekends to do paperwork. Some “higher ups” are not empathetic.
Trista R is truly one of a kind! I just deliver the meds at night, but she welcomes me with a smile every time! :)
fired a staff member because she was late due to icy conditions. terrible way to treat employee that loved their job. be careful where you work. management SUCKS
We can't say enough good things about Marquis Assistant Living facility, Wilsonville. Our Mom has been there for over a year --the caretakers and the staff TRULY care about her. They come from a place of "yes" and do everything possible to make her feel loved and taken care of. Like any places there has been a few hiccups but the Administrative Staff has always been willing to work with us and make it right. We are not sure why these other reviews are so poor.
