This is the worst food ever Tonight, I had to pick through the salad (from a bag) to remove the brown slimy lettuce. Was, left w approximately three bites of it. Pizza was approximately 2 1/2 inches wide at the outer crust end. The only edible item was the canned mixed fruit, about 1/2 cup of mixed fruits.

Upon first arrival I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff. After being here for the 1st day they had lost my medication so they used the medication that was on hand, after being here for a week they ran out of my pain medication on Christmas Day. Took on an contract here for 13 weeks as an agency worker. There are alot of agency workers here. I didnt understand why they couldn't keep employees as the facility was beautiful and at first glance it looked like they had everything together. It's safe to say that I will never return. Management is a big problem here. Management and the nurses treat the CNAs like dirt. Ive witnessed nurses belittling, scolding, being hostile and bullying the CNAs.
